Coriell Summer Research Institute
Immersive residential summer program where students perform STEM cell and genome research. With the help of personal mentors, students learn to use state-of-the-art lab technology, culumnating in a formal presenation at the end of the summer. Each day, students work on mini labd in the orning, and independent research projects in the afternoon. Labs can range from pluripotent stem cells to electrophoresis tutorials.
Be at least 17 years of age by July 1;
Have a strong interest in science (advanced science classes are preferred);
Be available to participate in all four weeks of the program.
