Pennsylvania Governor's School for the Sciences
Descripion:
A highly rigorous residential enrichment program here high school students take courses on Carnegie Mellon University's campus. Over the course of 5 weeks, students take lecture courses in biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics and computer science. Participants are able to gain laboratory experience and take part in a team project. Students also have access to optional electives, guest lecturers, and networking opportunities.

Must be high school juniors who live in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at time of application
